Bhojan Shala

Bhojanshala is a very convenient and much-appreciated dining facility in Devganga Jagrati Foundation. The wide range of dishes offered ensures that everyone will find something to their liking and feel satisfied with the prasad served here.

Bhojanshala facility will be made available soon in Devganga Jagrati Foundation. There will be a regular restaurant and all the dishes and dishes will be made from pure desi ghee only, no matter how much accompaniment comes, no matter how big the satsang ceremony may be, boondi, laddu, jalebi, vegetable, pudding, puri or on roti. If ghee is to be applied, only pure desi ghee will be used in it.

A large trolley will be made to keep clean utensils in the dining hall, out of which clean plates, spoons, bowls, glasses will be available for doing Bhandara. From here begins a huge storehouse in which Bhagat brothers and sisters will be seated on tables and chairs in different lines and the servitors will serve them in turn with phulkas, vegetables, onions, pickles, salt, water, lassi all with great love.

Along with the dough kneading machine, a big machine will be installed in the restaurant for making rotis. There will be big roti storage boxes in the store house to store the roti. There will also be two big tanks of pure water in the store house.

Raw vegetables will be brought here daily. Stock of sugar, leaves, ghee, rice and other spices will also be kept in the ashram. Vegetables will be peeled, cut, washed and prepared by the devotees at all three times in the restaurant itself. When less company comes, bread will be made by sisters on big pans. The roti machine will not be used on normal days as the number of sangat visits is less than that of the congregation. The dining hall shall be adequately open, ventilated and full of natural light. In the event of more accompaniment coming, a well-equipped and smooth arrangement of Bhandara will be made in the vacant ground near the Bhojanshala. Ground will be covered by putting tents all around and big fans will be installed. Devotees will be delighted and elated after receiving the food prepared by the devotees.
