The Staff Residence is an employer’s delight and consists of two completely separate self-contained units designed with convenience in mind.Great for farmworkers, campsite accommodation, extra motel units, or rental housing. The Staff Residence can be used anywhere that requires quick and easy accommodation that doesn’t cut corners. This double unit has a handy back door for entry to the laundry and the bathroom, as well as separate front access from the deck. The Staff Residence comes fully finished with bathroom and kitchen fixtures and fittings.

• Private and comfortable: The layout of the Residence is forgiving on guests and offers great privacy and convenience.TVs are thoughtfully located at the opposite ends of the units to the bedrooms meaning one unit doesn't have to listen to another's favorite show when they're trying to relax. Whether used as staff housing or holiday accommodation Residence has been thoughtfully designed for any application.
• A Great Retreat: The rear deck is a practical entrance to the units via the laundry room, which makes dumping boots or tramping gear very easy. The full-length deck out the front means guests can sit back and enjoy the stunning South Island scenery. No matter whether they're visiting for a night or getting to work the land this space helps them reflect on nature's beauty. For extra privacy consider erecting a trellis with plants to create a screen between the deck space of each unit.
